This wine is yellow straw in colour with a complex bouquet of peach, melon, toast and nut meal oak aromas and subtle toast –like characters. The palate is full and rich, with fresh pear/peach like fruit and a touch of toastiness, while the refreshing finish is dry and long. This wine is a good accompaniment to poultry dishes and smoked meats.
