Pale green straw in colour, this wine exhibits the typical lifted varietal aromas of fruit salad and sliced pineapple. The palate is round and full again with a fruit salad flavours dancing across the tongue, and possesses a crisp balanced fruit and acid finish. This wine, with it’s exceptional fruit characters, is perfect with seafood dishes such a seared tuna steaks or salmon . The screwcap will mean the wine will retain its freshness over the medium term. One of the best Verdelho’s made from this vineyardhite meat dishes. |

| Pale clear green in colour, this wine is redolent of passionfruit, gooseberry, and lychee with grassy undertones. The fruit explodes in the mouth with hints of passionfruit, capsicum, citrus and melon flavours. Although obviously fruit driven, the wine also has a balanced and refreshing finish. Bright green yellow in colour, this wine has lifted pear and melon aromas with
a background note of bready lees contact complexity. The palate is rich and full
flavoured with melon and nectarine like flavours and possesses a crisp finish.
